This Privacy Policy explains how Tixby handles information when people use our website, mobile app, organiser tools, event ticketing, voting, and support services.
Information we collect
Tixby collects the information needed to run event discovery, ticketing, voting, organiser tools, support, and account security. This may include your name, email address, profile details, organiser details, event and competition content, ticket and vote records, payment references, device information, and support messages.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, publish and manage events or competitions, process ticket and vote activity, deliver confirmations, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, improve reliability, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Tixby stores payment references, transaction status, ticket records, payout information, and related metadata needed to reconcile orders and support organisers. We do not ask you to store card passwords in Tixby.
Sharing information
We share information only where needed to provide Tixby, including with payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics and security services, organisers for events you interact with, and authorities where required by law.
Your choices
You can update account and organiser profile information in the app. You can also contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. We keep information for as long as needed to provide Tixby, resolve disputes, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or platform obligations.
Children
Tixby is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Tixby, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this policy as Tixby changes. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below.
