These terms apply when you use Tixby's website, mobile app, event ticketing, competition voting, organiser tools, and support services.
Using Tixby
You agree to use Tixby lawfully and to provide accurate information when creating an account, buying tickets, voting, publishing events or competitions, or using organiser tools.
Accounts and organisers
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event, ticket, competition, refund, venue, and payout information they provide through Tixby.
Tickets, votes, and payments
Ticket purchases, donations, votes, and related payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. Availability, refunds, cancellations, and entry rules may depend on the organiser and event-specific terms.
Content and conduct
You may not upload or publish content that is illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise harmful. Tixby may remove content or restrict access where needed to protect users, organisers, the platform, or legal compliance.
Platform changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tixby as we improve the service, address safety issues, or comply with platform, payment, or legal requirements.
Limitation of liability
Tixby is provided as a platform for event discovery, ticketing, voting, and organiser management. To the extent allowed by law, Tixby is not liable for indirect losses, organiser conduct, third-party service interruptions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tixby evolves. Continued use of Tixby after updates means you accept the latest terms posted on this page.
