Are free tickets charged?
No. The platform fee applies to paid tickets, not free registrations.
Is payment processing included in the 5%?
No. Processing is separate from the Tixby platform fee. During event setup, choose whether attendees pay the processing fee or the organiser absorbs it. The checkout displays the applicable payment breakdown.
When do I get paid?
Review your payout details and status in the organiser dashboard. Contact Tixby support to confirm the arrangements applicable to your event; no fixed payout schedule is promised here.
What if my event is cancelled?
Contact Tixby support with the event and payment references so the cancellation and any refund request can be reviewed. See the Terms for the applicable conditions.
How do I book on-site services?
Email the team with your date, venue, expected attendance and service requirements. Availability and pricing are confirmed in your quote.
